Delete your account

You can delete your Hunbroken account and the associated data directly from the app while signed in.

If you no longer have access to your account or the app, you can send a deletion request from this page. We may need to verify your identity.

Delete from the app

• Open the Hunbroken app and sign in.
• Go to Profile.
• Open "My personal data".
• Tap "Delete my account" and type DELETE to confirm.
• Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, send an email to contact@hunbroken.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity before deleting your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and profile information, training goals and plans, workout history and debriefs (including pain and injury reports), and your authentication sessions and linked sign-in methods. This action cannot be undone.

Processing time

Deleting your account from the app takes effect immediately. Requests sent by email are processed as soon as possible, and within 30 days at the latest.
