Data collected

Hunbroken processes the following personal data:

• account data: name, email, email verification status and profile image when provided by Google;
• authentication data: sessions, linked email/password or Google OAuth accounts, tokens managed by Better Auth;
• athlete profile data: HYROX category, division, team type, race date, target time, availability and weight when provided;
• training data: goals, generated planned workouts, schedule and workout completion;
• health and fitness data linked to your training sessions: perceived difficulty, fatigue level, and pain or injury reports (affected body area, severity and impact on your training);
• technical email data needed to send verification and password reset emails.

Purposes

• create and secure your account;
• authenticate you with email/password or Google OAuth;
• create and personalize your HYROX training plan;
• track training progress, completions and debriefs;
• personalize and adapt your training program based on your fatigue, perceived difficulty and pain/injury reports — this data is used only to adjust your training plan and is never used for medical diagnosis or treatment;
• send account verification and password reset emails.

Service providers

• Better Auth: manages authentication, login sessions and account security;
• Neon (PostgreSQL), accessed through Prisma: hosts and stores your account and training data in a managed database;
• Google OAuth: lets you sign in with your Google account without sharing your password with Hunbroken;
• Resend: sends transactional emails (email verification, password reset);
• Vercel: hosts and serves the web application and its API.

Analytics and tracking

Hunbroken does not use any advertising SDK, analytics SDK, session replay tool or tracking pixel. If such tooling is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated in advance and, where required by law, your separate consent will be requested first.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You can download your data or delete your account from My personal data, or without signing in from Delete your account.

Health and medical disclaimer

Hunbroken is a training application and is not a medical device. It does not provide any diagnosis or treatment. If you experience persistent pain or a health issue, consult a healthcare professional.
